• Production of rubber wood sawing and drying:

The sawmill covers an area of 30,000 m², located at Dap Lon Road, Dong Chinh Hamlet, Phu Hoa Commune, Phu Giao District, Binh Duong Province. The production capacity is 200,000 m³ of wood per year, supplying sawn and dried rubber wood, pine wood, acacia, and other products.

Our sawn wood products come in standard sizes commonly available in the market, such as 21, 26, 33, 45, 55, 65, 75, etc., or can be sawn according to customer specifications. 

• Warehouse and factory leasing activities:

The warehouse leasing project at Tan Binh Industrial Park – Bac Tan Uyen has been approved by the Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority under Investment Certificate No. 3235464087 in 2018, with a project area of 40,000 m² for warehouses and factories. The leased warehouse space complies with all legal requirements, standards, and regulations according to the construction documents, fire safety (PCCC), and environmental regulations in accordance with Vietnam Law. 

• Wood chip and firewood scrap procurement:

Wood chips and firewood scraps are by-products and waste materials from the wood processing and wood blank production processes, and serve as raw materials for the production of pellets, plywood, etc. With over 10 years of experience in collection, Q7 Holdings Joint Stock Company acts as a bridge between these two business activities, contributing to environmental protection and optimizing the value of raw materials in the wood industry. 

• Commercial real estate and industrial park investment business activities:

In order to contribute to building a prosperous and developed country, Chairman Le Quang Bay has directed the company's development towards investment projects in the construction of commercial housing, social housing for workers, and the expansion of investment in the construction of warehouses and factory leasing.
